1.The two most difficult challenges I have faced with completing my workouts is 1 controlling my breathing while getting that blood pressure up and 2 having to take breaks in between workouts because I get winded. 2.The strategies I have used to maintain motivation is having a friend who workouts with me and we support each other through the process.
